Advanced Edit
Save time by editing efficiently
Writing and editing programs is just as important in the machining process as cutting the part.
You need the right tools to get in and get out.
VS
No editing restraints
The Advanced Edit features a full Windows editor that provides all the features one expects using a computer today. By using the touch screen or a mouse you are able to quickly and easily create or make changes to your program. Not only can you view and edit almost twice as much in the CNC view port, since it’s a true Windows product, you can easily maximize the window and view/edit almost four times the lines of code.
More than drag and drop
Besides being able to do the “drag and drop” style editing there are many time saving conveniences in Advanced Edit. The Editor is completely background and separate from the operation of the CNC so you do not need to load the program into the CNC before editing. You can even edit while in JOG, or copy and paste a line into MDI.
